By completing the online subscription process and selecting a membership or class option, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
- MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Orangetheory Fitness Bahrain offers the following access options:
Drop-In Class
Price: BHD 13
Includes one Orangetheory Fitness class with no recurring billing.
One-Month Unlimited Membership
Price: BHD 94
Provides unlimited classes for one month.
3-Month Commitment Membership
Price: BHD 77 per month
Includes unlimited classes with recurring monthly billing for a 3-month commitment period.
6-Month Commitment Membership
Price: BHD 64 per month
Includes unlimited classes with recurring monthly billing for a 6-month commitment period.
12-Month Commitment Membership
Price: BHD 55 per month
Includes unlimited classes with recurring monthly billing for a 12-month commitment period.
HYROX Specialty Training Programs
Optional training programs:
8 Week Program – BHD 75
12 Week Program – BHD 100
HYROX programs do not constitute a membership unless combined with an active membership.
- RECURRING PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By providing your payment information and completing the online checkout process, you authorize Orangetheory Fitness Bahrain to charge your selected payment method for applicable membership fees.
This authorization includes payments made using:
- Visa
• Mastercard
• debit cards
• other supported payment methods.
Recurring payments will be processed automatically according to the billing cycle of your selected membership.
For commitment memberships, recurring charges will continue for the full commitment period unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Stopping or blocking a payment method does not cancel your membership obligations.
Where supported by payment networks, the Studio may use automatic card updater services to update expired or replaced card details.
- COMMITMENT MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships with commitment periods require payment for the entire selected term.
Commitment periods include:
- 3 months
• 6 months
• 12 months.
Members remain responsible for recurring payments throughout the commitment period.
Unused classes do not carry forward to future billing periods.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to the Studio.
Commitment memberships may only be cancelled under the following circumstances:
- certified medical incapacity preventing participation
• relocation outside the Kingdom of Bahrain
• other exceptional circumstances approved by the Studio.
Supporting documentation may be required.
Cancellation becomes effective 30 days after written notice is received.
- FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment fails or is declined:
- the Studio may retry the payment
• access to classes may be suspended until payment is resolved
• outstanding balances remain payable.
- PAYMENT DISPUTES
Members agree to contact Orangetheory Fitness Bahrain directly to resolve billing questions before initiating a dispute with their card issuer.
The Studio reserves the right to provide membership records and payment authorization to payment processors or card networks in response to disputes.
- HEALTH AND SAFETY
Participation in Orangetheory Fitness training involves physical exertion.
Members should consult a medical professional before participating in exercise programs.
By participating in classes, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical activity.
- LIABILITY WAIVER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Member releases Orangetheory Fitness Bahrain, its owners, employees, trainers, and affiliates from liability arising from participation in fitness activities.
- COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By providing your contact details, you consent to receive communications from Orangetheory Fitness Bahrain including:
- SMS notifications
• phone calls
• email communications regarding memberships and promotions.
Standard messaging rates may apply.
- USE OF IMAGE AND LIKENESS
The Studio may photograph or record images during classes or events.
By participating, you consent to the use of such images for marketing purposes unless you notify the Studio otherwise in writing.
- MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERABILITY
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
